there really isnt a best place. you just need to find a place that works for you. otherwise, search the forums for the numerous threads.

Which really isn't necessary. ANet has things that tell them in detail how much stuff and what stuff is being dropped where.

Be afraid of the nerf bat...Be very afraid .I have no clue where to get a good farming spot either so....no clue .I just seem to get money when I need it.
